AV Design & Install | Southern Colorado
Commercial Audio and Video, Designed and Installed by One Local Team
Conference rooms that start on time. Music and TVs that set the room for a Friday dinner rush. Paging that carries to the back of the yard. And the same crew that runs your network runs the AV, so there is nobody left to point fingers when a call drops.
Commercial AV, One Vendor
AV Design and Install for Southern Colorado Businesses
Most commercial AV in Southern Colorado gets bought the hard way. You hire an AV company for the conference room or the dining room, an IT company for the network it all runs on, and then you referee the two of them when the Teams call drops or the music dies and nobody will own it. We do both. GTZ designs, installs, and supports commercial audio and video, and we run the network underneath it, so there is one crew standing behind the whole thing from the wall plate to the cloud. We are a Q-SYS Level One certified integrator working Pueblo, Colorado Springs, and Fountain.
- One crew for the network AND the AV, so there is nobody to point fingers when a call drops
- Q-SYS Level One certified integrator

Who This Is For
From the Boardroom to the Bar to the Back of the Yard
If a room in your building needs sound, screens, or both, this is aimed at you. Offices and conference rooms. Restaurants, bars, and hotels. Training rooms, shop floors, and the jobsites where we got our start. The common thread is not the industry. It is that the same local team that stands up your network is the one hanging the screens and tuning the audio, so the handoffs that usually go wrong just are not there.
Conference rooms and boardrooms
One-touch video rooms for offices and owner meetings that start on time instead of ten minutes into 'can you see my screen'
Restaurants, bars, and coffee shops
Zoned music that sets the room, TVs the bartender can actually control, and menu boards updated from a laptop instead of a ladder
Hotels and event spaces
Lobby and patio music, meeting rooms guests can run without calling the front desk, and banquet rooms that divide without losing the audio
Training and all-hands rooms
A class, a camera, and a remote instructor, all carried by one room without a dedicated AV tech in the building
GC buildouts and tenant finishes
One crew pulls the cabling, stands up the network, and hangs the AV, instead of you scheduling three trades around each other
Shop floors, warehouses, and yards
A phone call will never reach a guy running a saw. Zoned overhead announcements and background music will.
Conference Room AV
Conference Rooms That Start on Time
The conference room is where AV earns its keep or wastes everyone's morning. We build rooms on Q-SYS, which integrates with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, or any modern unified-communications platform over a single driverless USB connection, so the room joins your call the same way your laptop does, without a drawer of dongles. One button starts the meeting. Acoustic echo cancellation is tuned to the actual room, so the far side stops hearing themselves and you stop hearing 'you're breaking up.' And because Q-SYS uses the network, we can put more than one camera in a bigger room and switch between them live while the call still sees a single clean feed. We size the room to how your team meets, not to a catalog page. Q-SYS groups its meeting-space solutions by application, and so do we: a small collaboration or huddle space, a boardroom, a training room, a divisible room that opens into one, an all-hands space. Every one of them gets scoped on the walkthrough and quoted up front. No prices off a shelf, because a four-person huddle room and a divisible training room that seats forty are not the same build.
- Works with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet over one driverless USB connection
- One-touch join, so the meeting starts when someone taps a button, not when someone finds the right cable
- Acoustic echo cancellation tuned to your room's size and surfaces
- Automatic multi-camera switching in larger rooms, sending one clean feed to the call
- Rooms scoped by how you actually meet: huddle, boardroom, training, divisible, all-hands
Paging & Background Music
Paging That Reaches the Back of the Building
A page that reaches the front office but dies before the back of the warehouse is not a paging system. It is a decoration. We build zoned audio on Q-SYS so a message can hit one zone, a few zones, or the whole building on cue. Background music for the dining room, the patio, and the sales floor, an all-call for the shop, a shift-change page for the yard, each on its own zone, from one platform. The install is cleaner than the old way, too. Q-SYS network loudspeakers ride on the standard network, wired the same way we already pull cable for the PoE cameras and access points, so there are no amp racks stacked in a closet and no runs of heavy speaker wire dragged through the ceiling. And it scales on one Q-SYS Core, from a single break-room zone to a full production floor or a whole campus, without a second system bolted on later.
- Zoned paging: hit one zone, several, or the whole facility on command
- Background music and all-call paging living on the same platform
- Network loudspeakers on standard Ethernet, no amp rack, no speaker-wire runs
- Tuned for dining rooms and patios as much as shop floors and yards
- Scales on one Q-SYS Core from a single zone to a full campus
Digital Signage
Digital Signage You Can Change From the Office
Screens that never change stop getting read. We install commercial displays for lobbies, dining rooms, break rooms, safety boards, and jobsite trailers, then wire them to content you can update from the office instead of driving a thumb drive out to a site. Menu boards, safety stats, project schedules, a welcome board for a walkthrough with the owner, all changed from one place and scheduled to swap on their own.
- Commercial-grade displays specified, mounted, and cabled for the space
- Content managed and updated remotely, no on-site USB shuffle
- Scheduled content and dayparting so the right message shows at the right time
- Menu boards, lobby and reception displays, break-room and safety boards, trailer screens
- Optional remote monitoring so a dark screen gets caught before a visitor does
Why We Build on Q-SYS, and Why That Means One Vendor
Q-SYS is a software-based audio, video, and control platform. QSC, the maker, calls it a scalable, flexible platform built on an open, IT-friendly ecosystem, and it is built on standard IT protocols, so it runs over the same kind of Ethernet network your computers already use instead of a proprietary AV backbone. That matters for a reason most AV brochures skip: it runs on the UniFi network we install and manage. One team owns the wire, the switches, and the room, so there is no AV-vendor-versus-IT-vendor finger pointing when a call drops. One Q-SYS Core processor runs the audio, video, and control engine for the whole system. You pick the Core for the scale of the space, and the same software-based foundation carries a single huddle room or an entire campus, so you are not ripping out gear to grow. The integrated engine also cuts out the extra bolt-on DSP, control hardware, and programming fees that pile up when you stitch separate boxes together. And it is supportable from here. Add one of our monthly AV support plans and we watch device health remotely, often catching a failing part before your Monday meeting does. GTZ's own credential is Q-SYS Level One certification, which means the same certified installer who designs the room is the one who supports it.
- Software-based audio, video, and control on one open, IT-friendly platform
- One Q-SYS Core scales from a single room to a full campus, no rip-and-replace to grow
- Runs on the same UniFi network we install and manage, properly configured for AV traffic
- Optional monthly support plans with remote device-health monitoring
- GTZ is a Q-SYS Level One certified integrator: same team designs, installs, and supports
How It Works
From Walkthrough to Working Room
No open-ended hourly billing and no guesswork. Five steps from the first walkthrough to a room your team actually uses.
Free walkthrough
We come to your building, look at the actual rooms, floors, and yard, and listen to how your team meets and moves. No charge, no obligation.
Design in Q-SYS Designer
We design the system in Q-SYS Designer Software, the single application that programs every Q-SYS Core, and we can emulate most of it before a single box is racked, so the design is proven on paper first.
Fixed-price quote
You get one fixed-price quote for the build, sized to your rooms. No hourly open end, no surprises after the fact.
Install
Our crew pulls the cable, configures the network, mounts the gear, and tunes the audio to the room. One team, start to finish.
Support
We support the system after it is live. Optional monthly support plans add remote health monitoring, so problems get caught early instead of mid-meeting.
FAQ
AV Questions, Answered Straight
What does conference room AV cost?
There is no honest price to put on a page, because a four-person huddle room and a divisible training room are completely different builds. So we scope it on a free walkthrough instead. We look at the room, the way your team meets, and what it connects to, then hand you one fixed-price quote. No hourly open end, and no number until we have actually seen the space.
Does it work with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet?
Yes. Q-SYS joins Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, or any modern meeting platform over a single driverless USB link, so the room behaves like a very large, very good laptop. One button to start, and the room's mics, cameras, and speakers come with it.
Do you handle restaurants, bars, and hotels?
Yes. Zoned music, TVs, menu boards, and paging run on the same Q-SYS platform we put in conference rooms, just sized for hospitality. We scope it on the same free walkthrough, and we schedule the messy part of the install around your service hours, because closing a dining room to hang speakers is not a plan.
Do we have to rip out our wiring or replace our network first?
Usually not. Q-SYS is built on standard IT protocols and runs over standard Ethernet, which is why we can put it on the UniFi network we install rather than a separate proprietary AV backbone. We do configure the network properly for AV traffic (that part is not optional), but 'properly configured' is a long way from 'tear it all out.' We tell you on the walkthrough exactly what stays and what needs an upgrade.
Who supports it after the install, and can you see problems remotely?
We do, from right here in Southern Colorado. Add one of our monthly AV support plans and we watch device health remotely, so a failing component often gets caught before your next meeting does. Prefer to run it yourself? That works too, and we are a phone call away when something breaks. Either way, the certified installer who designed the room is the one supporting it, not a stranger at a call center.
Do you serve Pueblo and Colorado Springs both, or just one?
Both, plus Fountain and the I-25 corridor in between. We are local to Southern Colorado, not a Denver shop that bills windshield time to drive down for the big jobs. If your rooms are here, so are we.
