Who We Are

GTZ Integrations LLC ("GTZ," "we," "us," or "our") is a managed IT services company based in Colorado. Our website is www.gtzintegrations.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or use our services.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly: When you fill out a contact form, book a meeting, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, business name, email address, and phone number. We only collect what you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our site, we collect basic analytics data including pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, and approximate location (city-level). Our always-on baseline is Umami, a cookieless analytics tool we host ourselves that does not identify you. By default we also run a few optional analytics and marketing tools, described under Cookies and Tracking below, and you can switch those off at any time.

Cookies and Tracking

We try to keep tracking light and honest. There is no login or shopping cart, so the essential layer is tiny: a security cookie from Cloudflare and a small file that remembers your cookie choices. On top of that we run a few optional analytics and marketing tools by default, and you control them.

On your first visit you will see a short banner. You can accept the optional tools, reject everything non-essential, or open Preferences to choose category by category. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer. If your browser sends a recognized privacy signal such as Global Privacy Control, we treat it as a request to opt out, and the optional tools stay off unless you turn them on yourself.

Here is what falls into each category:

• Essential (always on): A Cloudflare security cookie that helps protect the site, and a small first-party file that stores your cookie preferences. We also run Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool we host ourselves. Umami is cookieless and does not identify you or follow you across sites, which is why we leave it on by default.
• Functional: Our live chat widget, provided by GoHighLevel, so you can message us from any page. It can set cookies to keep your conversation working.
• Analytics (on by default, you can opt out): Matomo, a self-hosted analytics tool that can use cookies to recognize returning visitors. We are moving fully to cookieless Umami, so Matomo is being retired.
• Marketing (on by default, you can opt out): GoHighLevel uses a tracking pixel to connect your visit to a contact record if you reach out to us. Apollo identifies your visit at the company level, meaning it can tell us a business in our area stopped by, not who you are personally. We use it to understand which kinds of businesses are interested in our work.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. As a Colorado business, we honor the rights the Colorado Privacy Act gives you, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the right to change a consent choice later. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and schedule assessments
• Send you information you requested about our services
• Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
• Send occasional email updates if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• GoHighLevel: Our CRM and business management platform. When you submit a form, your contact information is stored in GoHighLevel for follow-up. Their privacy policy is available at gohighlevel.com.
• GoHighLevel website tracking pixel: A tracking script that links a website visit to a contact record. Runs only when you allow the Marketing category.
• Apollo.io: A company-level website visitor identification tool. It can associate an anonymous visit with a business, not with you personally. Runs only when you allow the Marketing category. Their privacy policy is at apollo.io.
• Umami: Our cookieless, self-hosted website analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you, and it stays on as our privacy-friendly baseline.
• Ghost CMS: Powers our blog and newsletter. If you subscribe, your email is stored in Ghost. Self-hosted on our servers.
• Cloudflare: Provides security and performance for our website. May collect technical data per their privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google's servers. Google may collect basic technical data per their privacy policy.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS). Our analytics data is stored on servers we control. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
• Opt out of optional tracking at any time, including through a recognized browser privacy signal such as Global Privacy Control, or by using the Cookie settings link in our footer
