Why Evidence Capture
Security Cameras Are Often Sold Wrong
Security cameras are often sold around bright night color and high frame rates. But forensic evidence lives in individual frames, not smooth video. When law enforcement pulls footage after an incident, they need a single clear frame that identifies a face or a plate. A camera optimized for cinematic 60fps often sacrifices the shutter speed and sensor size that actually matter.
The G6 Pro Bullet uses a 1/1.2" sensor, one of the largest available in commercial surveillance. Larger sensors capture more light per pixel, which means clearer evidence at night without relying on artificial color processing. Fast shutter speeds freeze motion so faces and license plates stay sharp even when subjects are moving.
Fixed cameras at known angles give you reliable identification zones. You know exactly what each camera covers and at what resolution. The moving camera supplements those fixed positions through Alarm Manager automation, not manual operation. And a dedicated license plate camera captures plates even when headlight glare would wash out a standard lens.

How is monthly support priced?
Monthly support is based on the size of your system. More devices means more monitoring, more firmware updates, and more coverage. We give you a clear monthly number during scoping so there are no surprises. Every quote is fixed before installation starts.
Does this include managed IT or cybersecurity?
No. The Complete Facility Bundle covers physical security and networking only: cameras, access control, and network infrastructure. If you need managed IT, cybersecurity, or conference-room AV on top of that, we can scope it into a combined package. But plenty of businesses just need the physical layer handled, and this is built for that.
Who owns the hardware?
You do. Buy the cameras, access readers, and network gear outright and everything is yours from day one. If you want us keeping an eye on the system after install, add an optional flat monthly Security Operations plan for monitoring, firmware updates, and maintenance. You can add or drop that plan anytime, and the hardware is still yours either way.
What happens if something breaks?
Replacement hardware is quoted separately, and our monitoring catches failures fast so you are not left in the dark. Every piece of UniFi hardware we sell includes UI Care, Ubiquiti's 5-year extended warranty, to cover manufacturer defects.
Can I expand later? What if I add a new door or building?
Yes. Everything runs on UniFi, which scales cleanly. Adding a camera, door reader, or second location is a straightforward hardware add-on. We will quote expansion before touching anything.
How long does installation take?
Most small facilities take one to two days. Medium facilities or multi-building sites typically run two to four days depending on cable runs and door quantities. We give you a firm schedule before we start.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Buy the hardware outright and there is no ongoing term commitment. The optional Security Operations monitoring plan is flat monthly, and you can add or drop it anytime.
