Is there a contract?

We start with a free assessment, then deploy our monitoring and security tools remotely. Most environments are fully onboarded within 10 business days with zero disruption to your team.
How does onboarding pricing work?
Onboarding is calculated from your environment: a base fee per service tier plus per-workstation, per-server, per-user, and per-additional-location charges. Worked examples and exact numbers come with your first proposal. Onboarding is often waived for 24-month agreements or annual prepay. Migration work for legacy systems or Microsoft 365 tenants is scoped and billed separately.
What if I already have an IT person?
We work great alongside internal IT staff. Many clients use us for 24/7 monitoring, security tooling, and overflow support while their internal person handles day-to-day requests.
Do you support remote employees?
