Coverage
You are never calling a black hole
When something breaks, you want to know who answers and how fast. Here is exactly how coverage works, in plain terms, before you sign anything.
Watched around the clock
Automated monitoring runs 24/7 on every plan, so a threat gets caught and remediated at 3am without anyone being awake for it. Step up to Professional and that is backed by our security partner's 24/7 security operations center, with real analysts watching your whole environment. Either way, the around-the-clock part never depends on one person being awake.
Backups that run themselves
Your data is backed up automatically and the restores are tested, so recovery never depends on someone being awake to kick it off. If a machine dies overnight, the copy is already waiting.
Response times in writing
Every ticket is acknowledged automatically in about 15 minutes. For a critical outage, we drop everything and stay on it until it is resolved or a safe workaround is in place, and Professional clients are worked first when several incidents hit at once. Everyday requests target next business day on Core, within 4 business hours on Growth, and within 2 on Professional. Those are the goals we hold ourselves to, and we go over them with you before you sign.
After-hours, covered
After-hours coverage of critical incidents, meaning a server or network outage, ransomware, or an active breach, is included on Professional and runs through a dedicated after-hours line. Without a managed plan, urgent after-hours help is available as emergency response at $250 an hour, two-hour minimum. When it is critical, the floor or the office does not wait until morning.
We would rather under-promise this than oversell it. Ask exactly what happens at 2am for your plan on the free call, and you will get a straight answer.
Honest Pricing
Why We Quote, Not List
Because a 5-person law firm and a 60-device construction company shouldn't pay the same rate for the same label. The numbers above are starting points, not ceilings. We anchor them so you can budget. The final monthly rate is built around your actual environment after a free on-site assessment, which is the only honest way to price an IT partnership.
What You Get
A flat monthly rate based on your actual environment: device count, users, compliance needs, and support level. No surprise invoices.

FAQ
Common Questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on your environment: device count, number of users, compliance requirements, and which tier fits. Most small businesses land between $1,500 and $4,000 per month. Book a call and we'll get you a clear quote, usually within one business day.
Is there a contract?
Most clients sign an annual agreement that renews automatically. We walk you through the exact terms, including notice periods and any month-to-month option, before you sign.
How does onboarding work?
We start with a free assessment, then deploy our monitoring and security tools remotely. Most environments are fully onboarded in about two weeks, with little to no disruption to your team.
How does onboarding pricing work?
Onboarding is scoped to the size and complexity of your environment. Worked examples and exact numbers come with your first proposal. Onboarding is often waived for 24-month agreements or annual prepay. Migration work for older systems or Microsoft 365 accounts is scoped and billed separately.
What if I already have an IT person?
We work great alongside internal IT staff. Whether you need 24/7 monitoring, security tooling, or overflow support, we can scope a plan that fits.
Do you support remote employees?
Yes. Our tools and support cover devices wherever they are, whether in the office, at home, or in the field.
Can I start with a one-time project and move to managed later?
Absolutely. A single service call or project is a natural starting point, and you can move to a managed plan whenever you're ready. No pressure to commit.
What Each Plan Looks Like
What Each Plan Looks Like in Practice
Illustrative examples, not specific clients, of the kinds of Pueblo, Colorado Springs, and Fountain businesses each plan is built for. The plan that fits depends on your user count, regulated industry, and how often you have project work.
Core
8-person Pueblo contractor
General contractor with one office, three field foremen, and a project manager pool. Procore for project management, Bluebeam for plan review, QuickBooks Online for accounting. They moved off pay as you go after one ransomware near-miss in early 2025. Core covers business-hours helpdesk, Microsoft 365, antivirus with 24/7 automated monitoring, and backup. Monthly cost lands well under the cost of one missed week of office productivity.
Growth
25-person manufacturer off Powers
Precision fabrication shop with an office staff plus shop-floor terminals running CNC controls. ISO 9001 driven. Growth adds dark web monitoring, security awareness training with simulated phishing, and an annual technology business review that lines up with the ISO 9001 surveillance audit, plus everything in Core. Their included project hours go toward walling the shop-floor and office networks off from each other (OT/IT); a bigger segmentation job is scoped on its own. On-site visits are billed by the hour when something can't be fixed remotely. And if a night shift needs help after hours, that is what Professional's critical-incident coverage is for, or $250 an hour without a plan.
Professional
Multi-site healthcare in Colorado Springs
Dental or urgent-care group with three locations across Briargate, Powers, and downtown. HIPAA-driven. Professional includes HIPAA technical safeguards documentation, BAA, compliance program management, and multi-site network design. For each location we recommend a backup internet circuit, procured separately from the plan, because a payment-processing outage at one site costs more in 90 minutes than the plan delta for a year.
Larger and multi-site firms (40 to 80 employees), federal contractors near Schriever, and multi-state operators are scoped from these same plans in a free assessment. Your exact number depends on how many of your people sit at a desk versus work in the field, so we scope it with you rather than guess.
Need Cameras and Access Control Too?
Our Complete Facility Bundle covers cameras, door access, and networking. It works standalone or pairs with any managed IT tier above.
